"Voyager" below was created to the music of John Maxwell Geddes and was the first
creativeoutput from Open Circle. We eventually called the process Interaction. The
reason for this was our method of working. Realising the difficulties in collaborative
work we initially produced works to an existing piece. I eventually went on to combine
music poetry and painting in the one construction. The pieces were put together
serially to avoid the problems of a work produced by a committee.

The resulting Interaction was first exhibited at the Edinburgh
Festival of Science and Technology 1989 in the Step Gallery.
